Bus Éireann Negotiations

25 February 2010: Clerical Grades: Negotiations with the company and the Unions took place 22/02/2010, in regard to Clerical grades. TSSA and the other Unions have agreed to a "T/A", tentative agreement with the company, regarding the " Cost Recovery Plan".

TSSA are waiting for a final draft and final wording of the agreement, if the final wording/draft is agreeable to all parties, TSSA will forward members the agreement, the agreement will go out to the membership for ratification by ballot. TSSA and SIPTU have also requested a meeting with the company to discuss outstanding local issues.

Inspector Grades: A meeting took place 23/02/2010, the company presented their proposals for the Inspector grades, in regard to the " Cost Recovery Plan".

It is agreed with the company and the Unions, that a meeting on the 02/03/2010, will be held, before any formal negotiations take place , to discuss local and national issues. The company proposals for the Inspector grade will be posted on this website, and will be forwarded to members.

Executive Grades: Negotiations took place 23/02/2010, regarding the Executive grades, TSSA are waiting final draft from the company, this document and final proposals, if agreeable to both parties, will be put to the membership for ratification by ballot.
